We need to optimize the display of the encumbrance level in the statistics

Right now we use texts to show the encumbrance level, but those texts are too long and look bad. Maybe we can find a graphical approach to this? Like showing a colored indicator (green = everthing is fine, yellow = slighly burdened, red = crushed).
