Vertical walls

It’s only possible to make horizontal walls with the wall spells. There should be a way to create vertical walls as well.

By right-clicking during targetting you can change the orientation of the wall to be created between horizontal and vertical. But we forgot to explain that…

I've updated the target selection text with a hint about the right mouse button rotation. It's shown for both the wall of ice and wall of fire spells.
