Round Slash Issues

I wasn't sure exactly what the conditions to use Round Slash were, but it seemed to always be available in the context menu even when there were no suitable targets.

I couldnt get a good screenshot, but if you open the context menu and have Round Slash as an option and put your mouse in between the "Y" and the sword in the icon, you can get the tooltip to rapidly switch on and off.
