Skill Cutting Limbs doesn`t work

The skill tier 5 “Cutting Limbs” in the axe-tree doesn´t seem to work yet. I played for some time but no limbs were in the loot.

    Fixed an error deep in our event handling. As a consequence the limb cutting skill as well as many other effects (like bleeding, poisoning, etc.) work once more.
