Fullscreen and resolution selection in settings doesn't match the currently used values

We let Unity handle most of this, but sometimes it can happen that the values in the settings don’t match the actual ones used. For example I play the game fullscreen on my monitor (3440 x 1440 resolution), but Unity shows that I’m using the “1024 x 768” resolution instead. Also the selection only shows “3440 x 1440 @ 59 Hz”, but the monitor is using 60 Hz.
