between pressing the button for lifting the item on the "quick access panel" and in fact there is a certain time delay (~ 1 sec). If near the end of this second (but before lifting the object!) To leave the cell, then there will be an error ... or something like that

Are you double-clicking the items? From the log it seems like you do.

I tried a lot of things, maybe it was a double click.

We've optimized the way the "items on the ground" panel works. It's now immediately hidden once the player character starts to move.

This should prevent issues like this where the player already started walking to a different location, but the "items on the ground" panel was still showing the items for the old location.
