Menu Inconsistency

In every screen that can be entered from the Start Menu (Predefined Character, Credits, etc), the user can then press the escape key to exit the screen and go back to the Start Menu. However, pressing the escape key in the Custom Character screen only causes the cursor to temporarily disappear, but it does not exit the screen.
