Character invisible when standing still

After dying in the water a started a new game with the predifined dwarfen character. However the character is only visible while moving.

This sometimes happens, we are not yet sure what’s causing this. Restarting the game should fix it.

We've added some error logging if this situation happens again during a game.

Currently we suspect some kind of initialization/timing problem when the map is created. But since it is hard to reproduce we need more debug data to help with the analysis.

We’ve added another check to make sure that the player character is never disabled.
