Extra hands seem to do nothing

Hi, extra hands seem to do nothing, in terms of effect when wielding weapons or extra armor. The graphics are there but neither the armor is calculated nor the extra attack is there (I’ve checked the combat logs).

I dont know if its a bug or i misunderstood something, or it takes effect just doesnt get logged out and falsly displayed.

Note: if i use them in the correct order, they are working, but a sign would be nice which is left and right hand, i know they are left and right side but they are rendered ‘crossly’ by my game
