Amputation and Regrowth error, with save file attached

I see that there's already a bug report on this issue, but I kept my save so I thought I should post it.

The battle log says that I had my arm amputated, but I also lost leg slots somehow in that process. And the save, in the current condition, has my arm regrown graphically but without slots -- I saw on the other bug report that moving between levels seems to have this effect, which is exactly what I did to run away from the battle that amputated my arm in the first place.

I saw someone else attach the .uas file. Do you also need the .bak file? Attached just in case, but wanted to know for the future.
