Empty actions list

Right after I opened the door I decided to close it. But the actions list emerged empty.
The step after it returned to normal state.

Yes, in some cases the radial menu was empty. This should be fixed now.

This seems to happen when too many skills are available. At-the-margin, stepping away from things you interact with (doors, smashables, etc.) helps unless/until you have too many skills yourself.
