Shop keepers don't do anything

Shopkeepers don’t seem to do anything. They stand there, and can have their position reversed with the player, but never ask for money or attack someone trying to loot them.

They have been deactivated for now.

Out of several runs in 1.0.0 I have only run into one shop keeper, but he was bugged. Not only could I not speak with him or sell items, he did not respond when I started picking items up off the ground. After I cleaned the shop out it “restocked” with invisible items. The items were not displayed, but when I stepped on to tiles in the shop they did have items on them and I could interact with them normally.

Shops/shopkeepers are now fully deactivated (there was a very slight chance for them to appear in the game).
