Wrong DV and PV calculations for armor with chaos rune

Base params of adamantium chain mail are DV -1 PV +9

Chaos rune is claimed to add PV +2

After chaos rune attaching it became DV +7 PV +10 in inventory and DV +4 PV +12 in tooltip.

I got it – the chaos rune brings “some chaos” to the properties, they are recalculated from time to time.
Although I would consider the situation on the screenshot as a bug – the different values in the inventory interface and in the tooltip look like as “too much chaos”, don’t you think so?
