DV/PV ordering

The ordering of DV/PV on the HUD is different from the order they appear on items. This is confusing. Not really sure why the order was reversed on items anyway. Putting PV bigger and first implies that it is the more important stat, but it’s not at all clear that this is the case in UADOM.

The order on armor also has been changed as we decided to use DV as the differentiation prime statistic for armor. This simplifies item comparisons with tooltips although obviously such comparisons are non-trivial.
