[GSG][PC] - The texts in description for The Legions of Andor Drakon faction are incorrectly capitalized.

When the user is choosing a custom character and arrives at the faction choosing page, it is observed that the entire description for The Legions of Andor Drakon faction have incorrectly capitalized texts.

Expected result: All texts in description should be correctly capitalized. Steps To Reproduce

1. Start the game.
2. Choose the custom character option from main menu.
3. On faction screen move mouse to The Legions of Andor Drakon faction.
4. Notice the incorrectly capitalized texts in the description.
