Tone down extra hunger from grafting

The extra hunger from grafted body parts is insane, especially for trolls (larger parts = more hunger). You can quickly reach completely unsustainable hunger rates. A hunger system that boils down to “you can only graft this many parts if you want to be able to naturally regenerate HP/PP” is not very fun.
