Lag Skipping

Hello devs..I had a troll lvl17 and in the lake and river maps the lag was atleast a 8 sec delay per 1 square movement .. I have done a benchmark test here are the Specs

UserBenchmarks: Game 64%, Desk 85%, Work 63% CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X - 76.5% GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 76.4% SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 293.2% SSD: WD Green 120GB (2016) - 30.3% HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB - 78% RAM: Unknown PSD48G240081 8502 PSD48G240081 Kingston KHX2400C15/8G Kingston KHX2400C15/8G 32GB - 83.1% MBD: Asrock X370 Killer SLI

It seemed the higher level deeper you went in the lag would build up..

Have Been a Twitch streamer for 2+years and gaming for 35+years...Most if not all streamed and played games High end..ark atlas 7days2die borderlands etc have never lagged...
