Item on floor vs on body inventory/body reports different stats

It appears to just be an armor related bug. An example that I am looking at currently is for “Leather Girdle” on my priest with 7 points into med. body armor, and 1 into heavy. On the ground it reads: 4 for PV, and 2 DV. In my bag it reads as zero (-). On my body it also reads zero.
