Improved dexterity 2 gave Dx +2 not Dx +3

I had Dx 9, after selecting “Improved dexterity 2” I got Dx 11.

I did a quick test with a new character and it gave me +3.

Your character is “strained” which takes away 10% of your dexterity.

By the way, some sort of tooltip near the stats with deciphering of the current values would be great.
