Resorting spells in quick panel sometimes leads to errors

@Team ADOM GmbH It seems dragging spells checks if the toolbar already contains the entry. But this check does not work for skills, you can drag a skill multiple times. Also replacing existing skills with spells doesn’t work correctly (the previous skill is not removed)

I’ve now fixed the problem that skills could be dragged to the toolbar multiple times.

Fixed. I can't reproduce the case where two spells are in the same slot.

I believe this was fixed as of 1.0.0; at least that is when I stopped being able to reproduce it.
