Corruption spell glitch

I have a minor corruption “Antennae”. The first time I saw it in the “events circle” opened by E button and used it, the spell vanished and could be used only from “last actions” list.

Addition info – looks like the ability had to be reloaded.
After some moves I got “can use the Antennae ability again” and it returned to the actions list.

But the bug remains – actually it is possible to spam the ability from “last actions” list without cooldown time.

I can easily spam scanning with R key.

Yes, I saw the the new cooldown indicator. But spamming “R” key just increases this cooldown.
