Rings of teleport control don't work

Didn’t test in 0.8.3 yet.

It doesn’t seem to work until the game is saved and loaded again. Which is weird.

To test this I created the “ring of teleport” and equipped it. After that I created the teleport trap. When walking onto the trap, the ring had no influence on the target position (it was random). After saving and loading the game the ring worked fine without any changes to the setup.

I believe that it now works as intended and that this issue can be marked as resolved.
