Is CoC:TDL the lowest level in 0.8.3.1?

I killed everyone on the level, but did not find the stairs to the next level.
Is it a bug in map generation? Or CoC:TDL is a dead end, and I should search for stairs on another level?
Please, give me a hint. It’s rather frustrating to move around in chaos goo searching for secret doors or something.

No, it’s not the last level. I guess you missed a secret door. Can you please upload your saved game if you still have it?

It seems there was a problem in the map generation, but you can continue the game by digging to the right (if you want).
