[GSG][CoC][Steam] - After equiping helm of Teleportation a placeholder image is displayed in Execute action.

Version 0.9.0 When the user equips the helm of Teleportation, it is observed that, in Execute action the placeholder image “?” is displayed on the teleporter option, and debug text is observed in a tool-tip of the teleporter option.

Expected Result: The placeholder images should not be displayed in the game. Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch the game and proceed into the game-play.
2. Progress in the game-play and get the iron helm of Teleportation from Monster drop or chest.
3. equip the Iron helm of Teleportation
4. Press “E” to open Execute action.
5. Observed the placeholder image on Execute action.

Fixed the missing resources. But the helm does not work anyway (yet).
