[GSG][PC] - Perk upgrades to character statistics after achieving rank 1 in any faction are not observed anywhere.

While progressing in the game and eventually upgrading Rank 1 in any desired faction, it is observed that the perks which get upgraded are not observed in the gameplay nor in the Tome of Knowledge.

Note: Example - Strength and willpower if increased by 3 in Church of Eternal Sun faction with Rank 1, proceeding in new gameplay, user cannot see the +3 stats added as information. It is not seen in inventory nor in dairy etc.

Expected result: Upgraded perks should be mentioned in the Tome of Knowledge somewhere, preferably the dairy.

Steps To Reproduce

• 1. Launch the title.
• Begin new gameplay with faction 'Church of Eternal Sun'.
• Progress and achieve rank 1 for the faction.
• Die in the game and begin a new game with the same faction.
• Notice the willpower and strength is increased but it is not mentioned in the dairy or anywhere in the gameplay.
