[GSG][PC] - Placeholder images are observed for action buttons when the player encounters a closed doors in all levels.

When the player enters the game and starts exploring the map and encounters closed doors, it is observed that the Action menu opens and placeholder images are seen for the actions.

Expected Result:

The Placeholder image should not be present in the game.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch the title.
2. Start the new game and proceed with the gameplay.
3. Explore the map and find the closed door.
4. Observe that when player encounters a closed door, placeholder images are seen for the actions.

Was caused by a bug in the map creation code. Fixed.
