temple of the frog, body swap, -124 out of 100 health and then stuck

temple of the frog, body swap, -124 out of 100 health and then stuck so my troll fighter got body swapped and turned into the ogre that i just killed, the health is like -124/100 and then the game just stuck there.

i tried to alt-f4 and then the game asked me if i wanna save and exit, so i pulled up task manager and then end the task.

whew my save file is still there, no need to load my backup save yet.

anyway, this is the save file before i entered the temple of frog, from the lake of gloom, inside the temple of frog, in the huge room with the staircase going down, a lot of frog priests there, i think the high priest used a wand of possession on me as i killed the ogre, or i stepped onto the possession circle as i killed the ogre.
