Grafts disappearing after equipping/unequipping weapons

I have improved grafting III with l/r arm and l/r hands, after equipping and unequipping weapons to extra limbs the melee slots disappeared and now I cannot use them. They still show up on the character model, just empty. The original limbs still work properly.

Do you still have a saved game of this situation? It would be a great help.

Maybe you equipped two-handed weapons? Do those slots reappear when you remove all the equipped weapons?

Sadly I succumbed to the game shortly after I experienced the bug, I have no save data. I completely emptied myself of all weapons and only 2 melee slots were displaying. IF it was something with the limbs, perhaps some interface or way of knowing what you’ve got grafted would’ve helped to narrow it down. It’s not always east to see the changed on the character model with the perspective of the camera.
