Grey-Out Uncastable Spells

Instead of removing spells from the radial menu, when the character lacks the PP to cast them, grey them out instead. Removing them entirely leads to confusion and bad UX. Even the host of the official release livestream (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=656fqj2Ey0Y) seemed confused when one of his spells disappeared.
