Ambiguous log message relating to arm grafts

If I graft a monster’s right arm on to my character and then attack a monster with my bare fists, I’ll see three sets of logs relating to my attack. The first set of logs says that my character attacked “with his left hand” and provides the damage details - fine. But the second and third sets of logs both say that my character attacked “with his right hand”.

I presume the second and third logs refer to my original right arm and the grafted right arm. Perhaps it could make sense to describe the grafted arm slightly differently in the log, to make it more clear what is happening. E.g. “Estroth attacked the hill giant with his second right hand”? >_<
