'Improved Grafting 7' skill claims to eliminate toughness drain, but this actually happens in 'Improved Grafting 4'

My understanding:

When the grafting spell is first unlocked, it drains 1 toughness whenever it is used.

The ‘Improved Grafting 4’ skill claims to reduce the toughness loss by 1 point. Since the toughness loss from grafting was exactly 1 point to begin with, this skill actually eliminates toughness drain from grafting entirely.

The ‘Improved Grafting 7’ skill claims to eliminate toughness loss from grafting entirely. But, by understanding above, the player had already done this when they took ‘Improved Grafting 4’.

Provided my understanding is correct, the simplest quick-fix would be remove the inaccurate ‘eliminate toughness loss’ text from the ‘Improved Grafting 7’ skill.
