Many monsters have duplicate words in their names

As in the attached screenshot: “Morgna the Troll Troll”.

That said, I have also seen names like “Black Hurtling Black Hurthling” where the spelling differs between the duplicate parts ('hurtling' vs ‘hurthling’), so presumably these terms are actually coming from different places.
