No cause of death shown after dying from bleeding

Died from bleeding inflicted by one of the ratlings in the same room as the mysterious shade.

As shown in the screenshot, the cause of death is missing.

The ratling who inflicted the bleeding was killed before my character succumbed to the bleeding, in case it’s relevant.
