Water Breathing

Does water breathing do anything? If not, the associated skills, corruptions, and items should be removed.

    @Team ADOM GmbH The WaterBreathingSkill uses "Capability": "WaterBreathing", but the water breathing items use "Capability": "BreatheWater". But it seems both capabilities are never checked.
