Auto Explored to Instant Death

While auto-exploring level 20, the character stepped next to a chaos tentacle which killed the character in one hit. The character had the “Rotten Innards” skill. This bug represents two issues: 1. The character should not have auto-pathed into a fatal situation. 2. The chaos tentacle should not have been able to one-shot the character.
