Player action execution crashed
I got this bug soon after going downstairs. The level above was full of tree enemies, and they were causing the game to lag. The game continued to lag after going down. I was attacking a wall when I go this bug.

There was a problem with concurrent interactions in laggy games destroying internal data structures. Should be fixed by now.
