Teleporting Broken

*I don't know if this is the correct place for this bug

When teleporting to waypoints, Sometimes the teleportation is a couple blocks off, especially if the waypoint is touching any walls, resulting in the player getting stuck in a wall, or underground. The teleportation also still needs the .5 block offset to get the middle of the block, not the corner.
