Doviello world spell and ships

I have seen wolves appear at sea after casting the Doviello world spell. It can be creating them because of either the embarked units or the ships themselves. In any of these ases wolves should not be created because there may not be enough space for them in the ships.

In CvSpellInterface.py, spellWildHunt, before creating a wolf for a unit the code will check if wolves can walk through the tile the unit is on. If wolves cannot be in that tile normally, the wolf will not be created.
This issue should be reported to MNAI, along with the bugfix.
