It is possible to prevent bad exploration results that involve the appearance of barbarians by completely surrounding the dungeon with units. As a way to alleviate this problem, the game should try to place the units in the second ring of squares if the first one is completely full with units.

Since BarbsPlus is going to take this issue into account (see https://bitbucket.org/lfgr/barbsplus/issue/4/placement-of-barbarians-spawning-from-lair), solving it in the current code would only duplicate work.

In MagisterModMod, the barbs appear on the lair and you are pushed out.
