Because the merge of EitB requires a lot of changes to leader, it is an opportunity to improve the current roster. Original proposal:

    I'm wondering about bringing imperialistic back. It would increase great general emergence, allow to create settlers faster (as Expansive already does) and it would also reduce the number of turns that forts and castles requires to progress in half. This last feature would require a new XML tag and some C++ work. Given how I plan to make ExtraModMod features more reliant on Advanced Tactics, this makes me wonder if I should enable it unconditionally.

    Charadon would get Imperialistic in place of Charismatic. Tethira would replace Expansive with Imperialistic. Cheron would lose Raiders for Imperialistic. Uldanor loses Industrious and gets Imperialistic. Averax loses Organized and becomes Imperialistic.

    Sage feels underpowered in comparison with other traits (such as for example the nerfed Financial trait). The research % should increase from 15% to 20%, and it would also give a 25% increase in GPP production.

    Traits should take Revolutions into account. For example, Imperialistic could give a bonus to national stability and reduce the penalties for distance. Expansive could give bonuses to local stability. Other traits could give other kind of bonuses or penalties.

    The tags for this seem to be in place already, but the DLL is not taking them into account.
