It would be interesting to include a different art style for each civilization. This would need a reviewing of certain modmods that have done changes to the city styles to select which ones ot use.
CitystyleModMod for FFH: It looks great, IIRC the only thing I did not like was the weird floor used for the Balseraph cities.
