Masonry Buildings (hammer cost) rebalance

Walls should be 80 hammers (currently 120 hammers)
Dungeons should be 120 hammers (currently 160 hammers).
If civs get UBs of these buildings with distinct addtional utility, the UBs can have a slight hammer increase, but the base buildings should have these costs imho.

reporter IMHO they are pretty pricey for what they accomplish, and I don't want to increase their functionality so that it could leave room for additional UBs.

repo owner I agree that the cost should be reduced. Since their cost can already be reduced by having the Stone resource, I'd settle for 100 hammers for Walls and 125 hammers for Dungeons instead. What do you think?
