Planar gate tweaks

Tasunke made some suggestions to improve Planar Gates:

Tar Demon moved from Temple of the Veil to Walls.

Chaos Marauder moved from Carnival to Torture Chamber.

Chaos Marauder combat is now 5/3 (BlakMane)

Revelers start with Marksman.

Chaos Marauder can use Burning Blood ([to_xp]Gekko).

There are some changes to how the Planar Gate spawns units being discussed in the main thread that should also be included in this proposal.

    In 0.5.0 I will apply the changes made in Erebus in the Balance to Planar Gate units. For future versions, we can discuss and adapt the changes suggested here to their new way of working.
