AI related OOS

ArkhanTheBlack provided OOSLogs which indicate that there is an AI based OOS error. Sadly the only way reliable way to catch this will be to run many automated test myself and try to get proper logs for the problem. I plan to debug the problem in EMM because I need to add an automated testing scheme (along with additional debugging messages, probably) but the bugfix should be contributed to MNAI.

While OOS errors happened quite frequently before fixing 9028aec, they no longer happen after that revision. I think that I was wrong and this issue was caused by random memory leaks instead.
