Selection group and commands corrections

K-Mod includes a lot of fixes for the weird stuff that sometimes happens while selecting units and issuing commands to groups. The splitGroup parts (such as for example https://github.com/karadoc/Civ4-K-Mod/commit/a1d8f605b98e2d2775e0e72be27c2eec69e56fc8) should be reviewed, as I believe that they are relevant to the AI. Some of them are not even included in the following list of commits.
