Magic spheres changes

For quite a few versions, I have felt that some spheres are not really interesting and usually never used. Some spells are too situational, too risky or impossible to use by the AI. Most of these problems reside in the ExtraModMod version of the missing spheres, but some of the vanilla ones have it too. The magic sphere promotions are also kind of plain, as besides granting spells they don't give much flavor to units using them.

The following proposal tries to address these problems. Some spells have been improved or even changed completely, and most spheres get a minor, passive bonus which is also used to balance their power and interest. This is intended for the faraway future, meanwhile I'm just dumping the proposal here so I don't forget about it.
