Date issues

DarkLunaPhantom reported some date / turn issues currently present in EMM.

• In the Wonders tab of the BUG advisors, the Date column should be called Turn, and it should not display AD.

• Game turns should be displayed in the ingame event logs (instead of nothing, like right now).

• The city founded year is displayed incorrectly when hovering over the city name in the city screen, or in the top 5 cities window.

Fix: Savegames now use TURN instead of AD. Graph time indicators now use turns. Top 5 cities screen will now display the turn in which each city was founded. The turn in which the city was founded is now displayed correctly in the city screen (addresses #308)
