Decius issues

With the Great General changes, players are sometimes awarded "Decius" units instead of Great Generals. I assume that this is caused because both of them share the same UnitClass and Decius is not strictly forbidden anywhere. Besides this, when Decius is detached from a unit he becomes a Great General because he is currently using the same spell than Great Generals.

The simplest solution is probably to convert Decius into a completely different unit. He would have a different UnitClass, and joining/parting would be handled by spells different than those of Great Generals. The promotion would be different too.
