Starting point options and ExtraModMod

ExtraModMod has an option called "Flavour start". If this option is enabled, all custom methods of choosing civilization start points in map scripts should be disabled even if they are chosen. For the Erebus map script, maybe the starting points option should be disabled entirely as Flavour Start works similarly but is more consistent with how other features in ExtraModMod work (wilderness, new barbarians, etcetera).
