Rewrote the way scoreboard.cpp builds the limit strings ("x frags left / 3rd match between the two / 15:10 remain"). It's now MUCH cleaner and saves a ton of code duplication in both scoreboard.cpp and serverconsole.cpp, and eliminates the maintenance needed to update the serverconsole.cpp's scoreboard code. Also fixes a few bugs.
